Over the past 2.5+ years, I've worked in a client-facing role with US-based clients — gathering requirements, writing BRDs/FRDs/SRS documents, creating process flows, and acting as the bridge between clients and development teams.
Japan's culture of discipline, quality, and continuous improvement (Kaizen, anyone? 😊) really resonates with how I approach my work — methodical, detail-oriented, and always client-focused.
What I'm looking for:
🔹 Associate / Junior Business Analyst role
🔹 Web Project or Client Coordination roles
🔹 Open to on-site, hybrid, or visa-sponsored opportunities
If you're based in Japan, work with Japanese companies, or know someone who's hiring — let's talk! I'd love to explore how I can add value to your team.
