My name is Ankit Kumar from India. I am an Archives and Records Management professional, trained at the National Archives of India (Ministry of Culture, Government of India).
I have completed my Diploma in Archives and Records Management and also hold a Master’s degree in History. Currently, I am working as an Archives Intern and Research Scholar at the National Archives of India, where I am gaining hands-on experience in archival processing, cataloguing, documentation, preservation, and digitization of records.
I have also participated in academic and professional engagements related to SWARBICA and the International Council on Archives (ICA), along with field visits to major archival institutions across India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry). I have had the opportunity to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, the Parliament of India, and various Government of India ministries, which enhanced my understanding of administrative record systems.
I am highly motivated to work in Japan and contribute my skills in archives, documentation, and research. I am open to entry-level opportunities and eager to learn and grow in an international environment. I am actively looking for opportunities in Japan and would appreciate any guidance.
