Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Hypercare & Transition Lead to manage post-go-live support activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth stabilization of SAP business processes and integrations. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between business users, AMS teams, implementation partners, and technical teams during the hypercare and transition phase. Key Responsibilities * Lead Hypercare and Transition support activities after SAP project go-live. * Coordinate with business users, AMS teams, implementation partners, and support vendors. * Monitor and manage critical incidents, defects, and business-impacting issues. * Drive issue resolution and escalation management. * Coordinate Functional, Technical, Basis, Security, Integration, and EDI teams. * Manage incident and problem management processes through ServiceNow (SNOW). * Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions. * Support release management, deployment activities, and stabilization efforts. * Ensure effective knowledge transition from project teams to AMS/support teams. * Provide regular status updates, risk reporting, and leadership communication. Required Skills & Experience * Strong experience in SAP Hypercare, AMS, or Transition Management. * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments. * Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Ticket Governance. * Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW). * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience working with global teams and multiple vendors. * Ability to manage critical issues under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications * SAP Project or Support Management experience. * Experience in global rollout or stabilization projects. * ITIL process knowledge.
